Hailing from the year 2021 A.D. (After Decks), Cody marched through the gates of Legacy like a true centurion—battle-tested and ready for conquest. Now serving as our estimator, Cody dons his helmet of precision and brandishes the mighty tape measure like a gladius. When he’s not preparing the empire for its next great outdoor living triumph, he is running Spartan races or hiking!
Don’t let the designer handbag fool you—Schay might roll up to the job site in style, but she’s all grit and know-how underneath the glam. Joining the Legacy Decks team this year, Schay came in swinging with a deep well of construction knowledge, a fierce work ethic, and just the right amount of sparkle. With her Frenchie’s by her side and her signature style in tow, Schay proves daily that luxury and lumber can absolutely go hand in hand. Ms. Bougie isn’t just managing projects—she’s elevating them.
When it comes to lifting heavy loads, Dana doesn’t just do it at the gym—she does it for Legacy Decks every single day. Joining the team in 2025 as our powerhouse Project Coordinator, Dana brings Olympic-level strength, discipline, and focus to every job we take on. From juggling permits to organizing project schedules and supporting our project managers, Dana keeps everything running clean and tight—just like her deadlift form. Outside of work, Dana’s either crushing a training session, planning her next travel adventure, or hanging with her four-legged teammate.
By day, Tomas is a deck consultant. By literally every other minute of the day, he’s either lifting weights, talking about food, thinking about food, or actively eating food. Known for showing up with a protein shake in one hand and a protein packed meal in the other, Tomas believes the key to great deck design is the same as fitness: consistency, preparation, and never skipping snack time. Tomas brings high energy, big laughs, and even bigger appetites to every project. Rumor has it he’s the only consultant who’s ever scheduled a consultation around “second lunch.”
When he’s not cooking up epic deck designs, Kyle moonlights as a backyard gourmet known for grilling budgets to perfection and seasoning projects with just the right amount of wow-factor. He believes every dream deck starts with a carefully prepped vision, a well-oiled consultation, and a dash of composite deck boards. Much like a fine chef, Kyle doesn’t just take orders—he curates experiences. Whether it’s a multi-course outdoor kitchen or a cozy firepit nook, Kyle’s design menus leave homeowners full of excitement and hungry for more.

Step into Charles’ classroom—er, jobsite—where every day is a masterclass in project management. With the wisdom of a scholar and the patience of someone who’s explained what a joist is 3,000 times, Charles keeps your project thesis on track. He can recite building codes like poetry and conduct handoff meetings like a TED Talk. Known for turning blueprints into symphonies of sawdust and satisfaction, Professor Charles ensures every project graduates with honors (and passes inspection with flying colors).
Cas doesn’t just run materials—he drops the beat on job site efficiency. Known as DJ Decks, he spins through punch lists and supply runs with precision, keeping the crew in rhythm from start to finish. While he’s not mixing tracks, you’ll find him mixing up the warehouse—keeping inventory tight and the space spotless like a true backstage pro. From finishing touches to material drops, Cas makes sure every project ends on a high note. No turntables required—just a circular saw and a checklist.
