Greenville’s Premier Deck Builder!

At Legacy Decks, our mission is a simple one: To build the deck of your dreams so you, your family and your friends can enjoy moments of escape … in your backyard.

Legacy Decks is a family-owned and operated business that has been serving families in
Upstate South Carolina since 2016. While our founder has been in construction all of his life, he decided in 2016 homeowners deserved something better.

Our company recently changed to better align with what we do. We design and build
once-in-a-lifetime decks and outdoor living environments. In other words, we design and build Legacy Decks.

When you work with Legacy Decks, you are working with a company that treats you like family.
We are “All In.” We work hard to remove all the challenges from the process so your journey to a new deck is an enjoyable one.

At Legacy Decks, we specialize in decks, railings, fire features, outdoor kitchens, screen rooms, and roof structures. Our crews spend their days building decks and outdoor living spaces. This is not just another thing they do – this is their focus and specialty. They understand the industry’s best practices and standards when it comes to safety and installation.

Why Work With Legacy Decks?

With our years of experience in the business and our commitment to delivering the best outdoor living experience, Legacy Decks is the one to call. As one of South Carolina’s leading professional deck builders, we are committed to the satisfaction of our customers. That’s why we always go the extra mile for our clients. We get picture-perfect results for every deck we design and build. This dedication to quality work and attention to detail has resulted in Legacy Decks being a premier deck builder.

For Decking and Railing we install TimberTech and AZEK. Our screen rooms are all made of aluminum and our roofs are what we call stick-built, just like your homes.

We average 8 to 14 weeks, depending upon the time of year.

Typically, we look to see how the space is going to be used and design it specifically around our homeowners. Items that get forgotten are lighting, as well as wrapping or painting the support posts, and special features that add to that cool, or wow, factor.

Yes, we partner with Hearth. We find that most of our customers have the money for what they need and Hearth helps them to get everything they want.

We build amazing outdoor living spaces consisting of decks, screen rooms, roof structures, fire features, outdoor kitchens and so much more! Basically, if you want it, we can make it happen.

Our pricing is in line nationally for the service and product we build. We utilize a system consisting of dedicated teams who do this line of work day in and day out. We build above what is required by code and stand behind it for your lifetime. We run our business like a business including insurance, licensing, showroom, proper compensation, and ongoing training for everyone! Really when you look at it from a whole it’s a bargain!

There are so many facets that go into the cost of a deck! At Legacy Decks, our custom decks start at $20,000 and go up to around $200,00. The average project runs about $51,000.

Yes! From the moment you sign our wheels begin to move! Permitting begins, material orders are placed and employees are assigned to the planning of your project. Your deposit covers the costs to get your project started so the process is a smooth one and proceeds in a timely manner.

An estimate is just that, an estimate of the cost of a project based on our years of experience, expertise in the field, and the scope of the project. Once we are able to dial in every detail of the project, we will then present a fixed cost proposal which will act as our contract.
