Started by husband and wife team Chris and Amy Breen in 2016, Legacy Decks thrives on one goal: to be the standard in the deck building industry that others measure themselves against.
And since then, we’ve completed hundreds of outdoor living projects around Upstate South Carolina and Western North Carolina using our proven process.
In fact, our process is so solid that we started a second business to teach other deck builders around the country how to use it, too!
WE only build decks.
We knew that if we wanted to achieve our goal, we needed to niche. Lots of other design-build contractors also build and remodel homes, kitchens, and other spaces—but at Legacy, decks and outdoor living spaces are all we do.
That means we’ve seen it—and done it—all. From sturdy, specialized aluminum framing to permitting, planning, and beyond, our team expertly constructs your dream outdoor living space.
